Goonvean Fibres Ltd is a manufacturing company, exporting high quality short cut fibres globally. Its manufacturing base is in Cullompton Devon.

We are looking for candidates that are keen to undertake a full apprenticeship scheme.

• Ages 16 +
• Adult Apprenticeships available.

We have apprenticeships available in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential

• An understanding the key parameters needed for control and safe operation of a manufacturing process.
• A good understanding of basic Health and Safety requirements
• Able to perform in a team environment
• Understands ownership of work
• Conscientious approach

Desirable

• Experience of a manufacturing environment
• Full drivers licence

Details

• Company grading scheme allowing quick progression
• 40 hour week; Monday to Friday.
• Day Shift working Hours 07:30am – 16.00pm daily.
• Occasional overtime available
• Stakeholder pension available
• 25 days holiday per calendar year excluding Bank holiday
